How do I achieve the lowest DANL with my spectrum analyser?
Last Updated: 18/09/2013
Set your DSA as follows: Attenuator = 0dB; Preamplifier ON; Center Frequency = 10MHz; RBW = 10Hz; Span = 10KHz.  This is a typical procedure for all professional analysers.
