The DG6102 Function / Arbitrary Waveform Generator, part of the RIGOL DG6000 Series, is a high-performance, 2-channel flagship signal source engineered to replace complex test setups with a single, streamlined instrument. By combining a 1 GHz bandwidth and 16-bit vertical resolution with a massive 256 Mpts/CH memory depth, it delivers exceptional signal fidelity for advanced research and semiconductor testing. Its standout feature is the integrated high-voltage differential direct-drive capability, which outputs a powerful 20Vpp signal and an ultra-fast 350ps square wave without the need for external power amplifiers or baluns. Controlled via an intuitive 10.1-inch HD touch display, the DG6000 provides a fully isolated, “all-in-one” excitation source that is as easy to navigate as it is technically formidable.
