UK CUSTOMERS
VAT must be applied to all orders. VAT registered companies can, subsequently, reclaim the VAT from HMRC.


CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UK BUT WITHIN THE EU
VAT will be applied to all orders, unless a valid VAT registration number is supplied with the order. VAT registered customers wanting to pay exclusive of VAT can do so using any of the following methods:

RIGOL-UK WEBSITE
Please enter a valid VAT registration number into the 'Order Comments' box. For payment by credit or debit cards, the correct amount (exclusive of VAT) will be deducted from your card, manually (*). For payment via PayPal, the VAT will be refunded to your PayPal account when the order is processed.

PROFORMA (**)
Please request a proforma via email to rigol@telonic.co.uk. Please include your company name and address, telephone number, email address, VAT registration number and order details. Payment will be via bank transfer. The goods will be despatched after the funds have reached the Telonic bank account.

PAYPAL INVOICE
Please request a PayPal invoice via email to rigol@telonic.co.uk. Please include your company name and address, telephone number, email address, VAT registration number and order details. The goods will be despatched after the funds have reached our PayPal account.

Please note...

(*) Your card provider may conduct a 'pre-authorisation check' at the time of order and place the funds (inclusive of VAT) on hold. Hence, initially it may appear as if the wrong amount (inclusive of VAT) has been deducted from your card.

(**) We accept payment in Euros via bank transfer. Please request the details of our Euro account if you'd like to pay in Euros.


CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EU
VAT will not be applied to orders placed on our Rigol-UK website when the invoice and shipping addresses are outside the EU.
